- What charges are included in the licence fee?

- Is there a minimum term?
- Absolutely not. Although we traditionally offer our office space on six or twelve month licence agreements, we can always tailor an offer to suit your needs - whether it be a three month contract, rolling monthly contract, 5 year lease - or whatever you require.
- Can my office space expand as my business grows?
- Absolutely. Although we cannot guarantee a space will be available when you are ready to expand, we will always strive to ensure that existing tenants are offered increased space as and when they need it. If we are informed in advance, we will always notify a tenant wishing to expand of space becoming available.
- Can I see a copy of the licence agreement?

- How soon can I move in?
- When would you like to move in? Subject to payment of one month's rent and a deposit (equal to one month's rent at a minimum of £300) and a signed licence agreement, you can be moving in tomorrow.
