Ultra Flexible Office Lettings was founded in 2000 by Michael Ewer. We cater to the start-up and small business market, with a view to providing an uncomplicated and economical service to our tenants.

Our aim is to present office space to the client as a complete package, including the additional costs and services that can prove to be time-consuming as well as financially unpredictable.

Flexible Licence Agreements

With our simple six to twelve month (and beyond) licence agreements, the tenant has the ability to secure a short licence period, or settle in with the knowledge that the space is theirs for as long as they need it.
